5 Help Our Parish Receive Multiple $1,000 Grants The Catholic Foundation and the Board of Trustees has exciting news to share with you. The board has approved an amazing new opportunity for our parishes called the Legacy Challenge. For every new planned gift documented with The Catholic Foundation for the benefit of our parish, it will generate a $1,000 unrestricted grant for the benefit of our parish. No strings attached. Only the first 100 planned gifts that The Catholic Foundation receives throughout the Archdiocese of Denver will be eligible for the Legacy Challenge. In addition, your planned gift will benefit our parish in the future. So, this is a double win! To learn more, please contact The Catholic Foundation at or visit Please be generous in this week s special collection for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. In the United States, one in eight people lives in poverty. With this collection, you support programs that address the root causes of poverty and provide a sustainable future for those struggling across the country. In addition, 25% of the funds we collect remain in our diocese to fund local antipoverty projects. Please prayerfully consider how you can support this collection and those working on the margins. 7 So Pilate said to him, "Then you are a king?" Jesus answered, "You say I am a king. For this I was born and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who belongs to the truth listens to my voice." John 18:33b37 W E E K L Y CALENDAR We are all encouraged to keep the Holy Souls in our prayers throughout the month of November. A visit to a cemetery encourages us to spend even the briefest of moments in prayer for the dead in a location that reminds us that we, too, will someday need the prayers of the other members of thecommunion of Saintsboth those still living and those who have entered into eternal glory.
