This is what we go for. The question of citizen engagement is old but a new and flexible solution is needed to make it more appealing. OPIN is a tool that can meet this role. Now it is up to you to find a participative process it can catalyse! The ideal project proposals under this call involve young people in a decision-making process. On a more specific note, the target group of the proposals shall be young people aged 15-30. The requested amount for support cannot exceed 10.000 EUR. The applicant needs to be in the position to issue an invoice on the basis of the subcontracting agreement that will be signed after awarding. The pre-financing of the project is limited to 70% of the requested amount. The balance payment will follow after the successful submission of the final report (due by 10 December 2017) and its approval by the European Commission in the second half of 2018. You are eligible to submit a proposal under this call if you are representing a legally established youth (work) organisation, non-governmental organisation targeting young people or public administration of any size and level, registered and working in one of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe, Belarus or Kosovo (under the UN Resolution 1244/99). 1.3 Erasmus+: KA3 Partnerstva med ustanovami za poklicno izobraževanje in usposabljanje za učenje na delovnem mestu in vajeništvo (EACEA/40/2016) EACEA Status: aktiven Datum objave: 18.10.2016 Rok prijave: - 17.01.2017, 12:00 (CET, Brussels time) http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-plus/funding/ka3-%e2%80%93-vet-business-partnershipswork-based-learning-and-apprenticeships_en V okviru programa Erasmus+ je objavljen javni razpis za oddajo predlogov za partnerstva med ustanovami za poklicno izobraževanje in usposabljanje za učenje na delovnem mestu in vajeništvo.ta partnerstva morajo prispevati k vključevanju gospodarstva in socialnih partnerjev pri oblikovanju in izvajanju poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja ter zagotavljati, da je učenje na delovnem mestu pomemben člen v poklicnem izobraževanju in usposabljanju. Pri razpisu za zbiranje predlogov se razlikuje med dvema različnima vrstama partnerstev: 1. lokalna in regionalna partnerstva (sklop 1) Z razpisom se podpirajo partnerstva med (i) izvajalcem izobraževanja in usposabljanja; (ii) malim, srednjim ali velikim podjetjem (javnim ali zasebnim) ali zbornico ali drugo panožno/strokovno organizacijo in (iii) lokalnim ali regionalnim organom. 2. partnerstvo med evropsko krovno organizacijo in njenimi nacionalnimi članicami ali podružnicami (sklop 2) Z razpisom se podpira tudi omejeno število projektov, ki jih izvajajo evropske krovne organizacije. Cilj teh projektov je podpreti ciljno usmerjene in strateške dejavnosti med temi krovnimi organizacijami na evropski ravni in njihovimi nacionalnimi članicami ali podružnicami, namenjene krepitvi partnerstva med ustanovami za poklicno izobraževanje in usposabljanje za učenje na delovnem mestu in vajeništvo za učenje na delovnem mestu in vajeništvo v lokalnem ali regionalnem okviru. Celoten proračun za sofinanciranje projektov znaša 6 milijonov EUR (4,5 milijona EUR za sklop 1 in 1,5 milijona EUR za sklop 2). Posamezni znesek nepovratnih sredstev bo znašal med 250.000 in 350.000 EUR. Agencija pričakuje, da bo financirala približno 20 predlogov (največ 15 predlogov v okviru sklopa 1 in največ pet v okviru sklopa 2). Sklop 1: Prijavitelj (koordinator projekta) mora biti ena od naslednjih organizacij: - izvajalec poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja (na ravni srednjega poklicnega ali višjega strokovnega izobraževanja), - malo, srednje ali veliko podjetje (javno ali zasebno), - industrijska, trgovinska in obrtna zbornica ali podobna ustrezna panožna/strokovna organizacija, - lokalni ali regionalni organ. Partnerstvo morajo sestavljati vsaj trije polnopravni partnerji iz vsaj dveh različnih držav, vključenih v program Erasmus+. Ti trije subjekti morajo vključevati: - 1 izvajalca poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja, - 1 lokalni ali regionalni organ, - 1 malo, srednje ali veliko podjetje (javno ali zasebno) oziroma 1 zbornico ali 1 panožno/strokovno organizacijo. Poleg tega bi moralo vključevati vsaj 1 združenje delodajalcev in 1 organizacijo delavcev (socialni partnerji) kot pridružena partnerja. Sklop 2: Prijavitelj (koordinator projekta) mora biti evropska krovna organizacija, ki ima članice ali podružnice v najmanj 12 državah, vključenih v program Erasmus+, pri čemer jih mora vsaj šest pri projektu sodelovati v vlogi partnerice. Upravičene sodelujoče organizacije (sklop 1 in 2) vključujejo: - javne lokalne in regionalne organe, - socialne partnerje (organizacije delodajalcev in organizacije delavcev), - mala, srednja ali velika podjetja (javna ali zasebna), - industrijske, trgovinske in obrtne zbornice ali podobne ustrezne panožne/strokovne organizacije, - javne zavode za zaposlovanje, - šole ter izvajalce poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja, agencije in centre (vključno z višjim strokovnim izobraževanjem), - mladinske organizacije, - združenja staršev, - druge ustrezne organe. Upravičene države so države, vključene v program Erasmus+ (28 držav članic Evropske unije, države Efte/EGP: Islandija, Lihtenštajn in Norveška, države kandidatke za članstvo v EU: Albanija, nekdanja jugoslovanska republika Makedonija, Črna gora, Srbija in Turčija). 1.4 Razpis za zbiranje predlogov Podpora za ukrepe za informiranje v zvezi s skupno kmetijsko politiko (SKP) za leto 2017 Evropska komisija Status: aktiven Datum objave: 29.10.2016 Rok prijave: - 15.12.2016 http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/txt/?uri=oj:joc_2016_401_r_0009 Vzpostaviti zaupanje znotraj EU ter med vsemi državljani, kmeti in nekmeti. Skupna kmetijska politika (v nadaljnjem besedilu: SKP) je politika, namenjena vsem državljanom EU, prednosti, ki jih prinaša državljanom, pa morajo biti jasno vidne. Ključna vprašanja in sporočila morajo biti v celoti skladna s pravnimi zahtevami Komisije za izvajanje ukrepov za informiranje o SKP v smislu člena 45 Uredbe (EU) št. 1306/2013. SKP je politika za vse prebivalce Evrope in njihovo življenje bogati z več vidikov. Predlogi bi morali zlasti upoštevati prispevek SKP na področju: ustvarjanja delovnih mest, krepitve rasti in naložb na podeželju ter ohranjanja trajnostnih podeželskih skupnosti po vsej EU, uresničevanja okvira podnebne in energetske politike EU za leto 2030, zlasti glede vloge, ki jo kmetovanje in gozdarstvo lahko imata pri prilagajanju podnebnim spremembam in blažilnih ukrepih, trajnostne kmetijske proizvodnje, ki izpolnjuje dvojno zahtevo zagotavljanja prehranske varnosti in varstva podeželskega okolja, vključno glede kakovosti in količine vode, zagotavljanja pravičnega donosa kmetov iz agroživilske verige, da se ohrani vzdržnost evropske kmetijske proizvodnje in prihodnost modela družinske kmetije. 3.500.000 EUR. FinanciranjeFinanciranje poteka prek mešanega financiranja, ki ga sestavljajo: povračilo v višini 60 % upravičenih, dejansko nastalih stroškov; pavšalni prispevek v višini 7 % upravičenih neposrednih stroškov za kritje posrednih stroškov, ki predstavljajo splošne upravne stroške upravičenca in se lahko štejejo v breme ukrepu za informiranje. Znesek nepovratnih sredstev (vključno s pavšalom za posredne stroške) znaša najmanj 70.000 EUR in največ 500.000 EUR. Vložnik (in morebitni povezani subjekti) mora biti pravna oseba, ustanovljena v državi članici EU: neprofitne organizacije (zasebne ali javne), javni organi (državni, regionalni, lokalni), evropska združenja, univerze, izobraževalne institucije, raziskovalna središča, podjetja (na primer podjetja na področju komunikacijskih medijev). The network will be expected to represent a wide range of education stakeholders, including policy makers, education practitioners, and researchers as well as migrant and civil society associations/ representatives. The Commission intends to support the network through a four-year framework partnership agreement, which will set out the conditions governing annual grants for an action. The total budget earmarked for the co-financing of a network in 2017 is estimated at 300,000.00 EUR which will also be the maximum amount granted. The EU grant is limited to a maximum co-funding rate of 75% of eligible costs. This amount will cover the work plan for 2017. The call is open to entities or consortia of entities fulfilling the following conditions: The network should have partners from at least 15 countries. Eligible countries are the Erasmus+ programme countries. Only applications from legal entities established in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries are eligible. Also, the coordinating applicant has to be registered as a legal entity in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries. Actions may include Associate Partners from third countries, but the cost of their participation must be financed entirely by non-eu resources. Eligible applicants are associations, foundations and other similar national or international bodies; national education centres; ministries of education and/or training; higher education institutions and research centres. The applicant(s) must have had a legal personality for at least 2 years on the date of the deadline for submission of applications and must be able to demonstrate their existence as a legal person. 1.9 Call for Proposal: Creative Europe/MEDIA Support for Content Development - Slate Funding 2017 EACEA 21/2016 EACEA Status: aktiven Datum objave: 25.11.2016 Rok prijave: - 2.2.2017, 12:00 (CET, Brussels time) https://eacea.ec.europa.eu/creative-europe/funding/support-for-development-slate-funding- 2017_en The development activities for the following audiovisual works are eligible: Feature films, animations and creative documentaries of a minimum length of 60 minutes intended primarily for cinematic release; Fiction projects (one-off or series) of a total duration of minimum 90 minutes, animation (one-off or series) of a total duration of minimum 24 minutes and creative documentaries (one-off or series) of a total duration of minimum 50 minutes intended primarily for the purposes of television; Fiction projects of a total duration or user experience of minimum 90 minutes, animation of a total duration or user experience of minimum 24 minutes and creative documentaries of a total duration or user experience of minimum 50 minutes intended primarily for the purposes of Digital platform exploitation. For projects presenting a user experience in a non-linear format (e.g. Virtual Reality), these minimums do not apply. The digital platform is addressing the following types of projects: animation, creative documentaries and fiction projects intended for multiple screen-based devises, interactive projects, linear and non-linear web-series and narrative virtual reality projects. Production activities of a short film of a maximum length of 20 minutes providing support to emerging talent The total budget available is EUR 12.5M. The financial contribution awarded is a subsidy. The minimum contribution per action under these Guidelines is of EUR 70.000. In case of a Slate without a Short Film project, the contribution is limited to a maximum of EUR 200.000. In case of a Slate of only creative documentary projects without a Short Film project, the amount is limited to EUR 150.000. The financial contribution awarded will in no event exceed 50% of the total eligible development costs of the slate submitted by the applicant. If a short film project is added to the Slate, the maximum contribution per action is EUR 210.000 and in case of a creative documentary Slate, the amount is limited to EUR 160.000. The minimum financial contribution which may be awarded to a project of the slate is EUR 10,000 and the maximum is up to 60,000, provided the amount does not exceed 50% of the eligible costs of the project. If a short film is added to the slate, the maximum financial contribution for the short film is up to 10,000, provided the contribution does not exceed 80% of the eligible costs of production of this project. This notice of a call for proposals is aimed at European companies whose activities contribute to the attainment of the above objectives, and in particular to independent audiovisual production companies which have been legally constituted for at least 36 months prior to the submission date and that can demonstrate a recent success. UNDEF supports projects that strengthen the voice of civil society, promote human rights, and encourage the participation of all groups in democratic processes. The large majority of UNDEF funds go to local civil society organizations -- both in the transition and consolidation phases of democratization. Proposals are subject to a highly rigorous and competitive selection process, with fewer than two per cent chosen for funding. Projects fall under one or more of seven main areas: Women's rights and empowerment / Gender equality Community activism Rule of Law and human rights Youth engagement Strengthening civil society capacity for interaction with Government Media and freedom of information Tools for knowledge Applicants can request a grant of a minimum of 100,000 US dollars and a maximum of 300,000 US dollars. The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EASME) wants to establish a list of independent experts to participate in: the evaluation of proposals in response to calls for proposals aiming at implementing the COSME programme; the evaluation of finished and ongoing activities or projects under COSME; the monitoring of the implementation of actions carried out under COSME. The profile needs to include Personal Details and Languages as well as any relevant information on Education, Area of Expertise and Professional Experience.
