Projects can be co-financed under four funding priorities: innovative Alpine Space, low carbon Alpine Space, liveable Alpine Space and well-governed Alpine Space. All priorities have a high consistency with the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region (EUSALP) and the programme aims at contributing to the implementation of the strategy through projects in all priorities. The ERC awards flexible, long-term funding for a period of up to five years for the Starting, Consolidator and Advanced Grants and up to six years for the Synergy Grants. The Scientific Council will review funding conditions regularly to make sure that grants remain competitive both at European and international level. 25.000.000 EUR The maximum grant varies by grant type. An ERC grant can cover up to 100% of the total eligible direct costs of the research plus a contribution towards indirect costs. ERC grants are portable as described in the ERC Model Grant Agreement. Eligible countries: The conditions specific to the ERC are described in the ERC 2019 Work Programme under the heading Eligibility criteria and in Annex 3. Travel costs in connection to/or associated with the search for partners for partnership projects and the development of such partnerships; A partnership project must constitute of at least one entity from a Beneficiary State and one entity from Norway; Travel Support is awarded per entity and not per person. The total budget for this call is EUR 100.000. The of the Programme is a travel grant awarded as a lump sum (meaning one standard rate) per entity of EUR 1.000 for travel between Norway/Beneficiary State and Beneficiary State/Norway for preparatory project meetings. The following entities, constituted as legal entities in the Beneficiary States or in Norway, are considered eligible project applicants and partners and consequently eligible for financial support under this call for Travel Support: social partners (employers organisations and trade unions); public authorities and institutions that have statutory roles related to decent work or tripartite cooperation; and organisations of public authorities that have within their mandate the promotion of decent work or tripartite dialogue. The following entities, only eligible as project partners, can also apply for Travel Support under this call: business associations and organisations representing member companies on issues relevant for the decent work agenda; companies which are involved in the implementation of the decent work agenda and/or social dialogue through their membership in sectoral or cross sectoral employers organisations; non governmental organisations (NGOs), defined as a non profit voluntary organisation established as a legal entity, having a non commercial purpose, independent of local, regional and central government, public entities, political parties and commercial organisations, which are involved in the implementation of the decent work agenda. Religious institutions and political parties are not considered NGOs; and education and research institutions that can provide training on social dialogue and/or decent work issues. 1.5 Razpis za zbiranje predlogov 2019- Enostavni programi; Nepovratna sredstva za ukrepe za informiranje o kmetijskih proizvodih in njihovo promocijo, ki se izvajajo na notranjem trgu in v tretjih državah v skladu z Uredbo (EU) št. 1144/2014 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta Status: aktiven Evropska komisija Datum objave: 15.1.2019 Rok prijave: 16. 4. 2019 do 17.00 po srednjeevropskem času https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/sl/txt/pdf/?uri=celex:c2019/018/04&from=sl Evropski parlament in Svet sta 22. oktobra 2014 sprejela Uredbo (EU) št. 1144/2014 (1) o ukrepih za informiranje o kmetijskih proizvodih in njihovo promocijo, ki se izvajajo na notranjem trgu in v tretjih državah, ter o razveljavitvi Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 3/2008. To uredbo dopolnjuje Delegirana uredba Komisije (EU) 2015/1829, pravila za njeno izvajanje pa določa Izvedbena uredba Komisije (EU) 2015/1831. Splošni cilj ukrepov za informiranje in promocijo je povečati konkurenčnost kmetijskega sektorja Unije. Posebni cilji ukrepov za informiranje in promocijo so: povečanje ozaveščenosti o prednostih kmetijskih proizvodov Unije in o visokih standardih, ki veljajo za proizvodne metode v Uniji; povečanje konkurenčnosti in porabe kmetijskih proizvodov Unije in nekaterih živilskih proizvodov ter njihove prepoznavnosti znotraj in zunaj Unije; povečanje ozaveščenosti in priznavanja shem kakovosti Unije; povečanje tržnega deleža kmetijskih proizvodov Unije in nekaterih živilskih proizvodov, s posebnim poudarkom na trgih tretjih držav z največjim potencialom rasti; ponovna vzpostavitev običajnih tržnih razmer v primeru hudih motenj na trgu, izgube zaupanja potrošnikov ali drugih specifičnih problemov. 95.000.000 EUR Najvišja stopnja sofinanciranja z nepovratnimi sredstvi EU je: za enostavne programe za notranji trg: 70 % upravičenih stroškov, za enostavne programe v tretjih državah: 80 % upravičenih stroškov, za enostavne programe na notranjem trgu upravičenca s sedežem v državah članicah, ki na dan 1. januarja 2014 ali po tem datumu prejemajo finančno pomoč v skladu s členoma 136 in 143 PDEU (24): 75 % upravičenih stroškov programa, za enostavne programe v tretjih državah upravičenca s sedežem v državah članicah, ki na dan 1. Januarja 2014 ali po tem datumu prejemajo finančno pomoč v skladu s členoma 136 in 143 PDEU: 85 % upravičenih stroškov programa. Navedene organizacije predlagateljice lahko predložijo predlog, če so reprezentativne za sektor ali proizvod iz predloga in izpolnjujejo pogoje iz člena 1 ali 1 Delegirane uredbe (EU) 2015/1829, in sicer: trgovinska ali medtrgovinska organizacija, ustanovljena v državi članici, iz člena 7 (a) Uredbe (EU) št. 1144/2014 se v okviru programa šteje za reprezentativno za zadevni sektor: o če predstavlja najmanj 50-odstotni delež števila proizvajalcev ali 50 % obsega ali vrednosti tržne proizvodnje zadevnega(-ih) proizvoda(-ov) ali sektorja v zadevni državi članici ali na ravni Unije ali o če država članica priznava medpanožno organizacijo v skladu s členom 158 Uredbe (EU) št. 1308/2013 ali v skladu s členom 16 Uredbe (EU) št. 1379/2013 Evropskega VEDOMA_NepovrSredstva_Aktualno_4april2019_EUsto.doc 8/16

parlamenta in Sveta. skupina iz točke 2 člena 3 Uredbe (EU) št. 1151/2012 in iz člena 7(1)(a) Uredbe (EU) št. 1144/2014 se šteje za reprezentativno za ime, ki je zaščiteno na podlagi Uredbe (EU) št. 1151/2012 in jo zajema program, če predstavlja vsaj 50 % obsega ali vrednosti tržne proizvodnje proizvoda(-ov) z zaščitenim imenom; organizacija proizvajalcev ali združenje organizacij proizvajalcev iz člena 7(1)(c) Uredbe (EU) št. 1144/2014 se v okviru programa šteje za reprezentativno za zadevni(-e) proizvod(-e) ali sektor, če jo (ga) priznava država članica v skladu s členom 154 ali 156 Uredbe (EU) št. 1308/2013 ali členom 14 Uredbe (EU) št. 1379/2013; organ agroživilskega sektorja iz člena 7(1)(d) Uredbe (EU) št. 1144/2014 se v okviru programa šteje za reprezentativnega za zadevni(-e) sektor(-je), če so med njegovimi člani predstavniki tega (teh) proizvoda(-ov) ali sektorja. Najvišja stopnja sofinanciranja z nepovratnimi sredstvi EU je: za multiprograme za notranji trg in v tretjih državah: 80 % upravičenih stroškov programa; delež za upravičence s sedežem v državah članicah, ki na dan 1. januarja 2014 ali po tem datumu prejemajo finančno pomoč v skladu s členoma 136 in 143 PDEU, znaša 85 %. V skladu s členom 7 Uredbe (EU) št. 1144/2014 so tako upravičene vloge naslednjih organizacij in organov: trgovinskih ali medtrgovinskih organizacij, ki so ustanovljene v državi članici in so reprezentativne za zadevni sektor ali sektorje v tej državi članici, zlasti medpanožnih organizacij iz člena 157 Uredbe (EU) št. 1308/2013 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta, in skupin iz člena 3 Uredbe (EU) št. 1151/2012 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta, če so reprezentativne za ime, ki je zaščiteno na podlagi slednje uredbe in ga zajema zadevni program; trgovinskih ali medtrgovinskih organizacij Unije, ki so reprezentativne za zadevni sektor ali sektorje na ravni Unije; organizacij proizvajalcev ali združenj organizacij proizvajalcev iz členov 152 in 156 Uredbe (EU) št. 1308/2013, ki jih priznava država članica, ali organov agroživilskega sektorja, katerih cilj in dejavnosti so namenjeni informiranju o kmetijskih proizvodih in njihovi promociji ter ki jim je zadevna država članica podelila jasno opredeljeno javno nalogo na tem področju; ti organi morajo biti zakonito ustanovljeni v zadevni državi članici najmanj dve leti pred datumom razpisa za zbiranje predlogov iz člena 8. 1.7 Call for proposals for the creation of up to 23 action planning networks Status: aktiven URBACT Driving change for better cities Datum objave: 15.1.2019 Rok prijave: 17. 04. 2019, 15.00 CET. http://urbact.eu/objavljen-je-zadnji-urbact-razpis-za-akcijska-omre%c5%beja The URBACT III programme covers the following Thematic Objectives: Strengthening research, technological development and innovation (TO1) Enhancing access to and use and quality of ICT (TO2) Enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs (TO3) Supporting the shift towards a low carbon economy in all sectors (TO4) Promoting climate change adaptation, risk prevention and management (TO5) Protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency (TO6) Promoting sustainable transport and removing bottlenecks in key network infrastructures (TO7) Promoting employment and supporting labour mobility (TO8) Promoting social inclusion and combating poverty (TO9) Investing in education, skills and lifelong learning by developing education and training infrastructure (TO10) The maximum total eligible budget for an Action Planning Network shall be 750.000. An Action Planning Network shall operate in two phases. The total eligible cost for the network combining Phases 1 and 2 shall be 750.000. The initial budget for Phase 1 shall not exceed a total eligible cost of 150.000. The ERDF co-financing rate for an Action Planning Network is calculated at network level on the basis of the different co-financing rates for each partner. Partners from more developed regions are co-financed up to 70% by ERDF Partners from less developed and transition regions are co-financed up to 85% by ERDF Partners from Switzerland are co-financed up to 50% by a Swiss national fund Norway is a partner state of the URBACT programme. Norwegian cities may participate in Action Planning Networks at their own cost for this call. The modalities of funding partners from United Kingdom will be determined as part of the Brexit negotiations For transnational exchange and learning activities (and thus for Action Planning Networks), the URBACT III Operational Programme identifies the Programme area and defines two categories of beneficiaries: the main beneficiaries (city partners) and other beneficiaries (non-city partners). The URBACT III programme area consists of: The 28 EU Member States Partner States Norway and Switzerland. Partners from Norway and Switzerland cannot make use of ERDF allocations. Partners from Switzerland can be co-financed at 50% by a national fund. Norwegian partners may participate in Action Planning Networks at their own cost for this call. The situation for Norwegian co-funding will be reviewed on an annual basis by the competent authorities. Partners from United Kingdom can apply to this call. The specific nature of their participation and eligibility for funding will be determined by the competent authorities Instrument for Pre Accession (IPA) countries. Partners from IPA countries can participate in operations using IPA funding, without receiving ERDF co-financing Other countries. The restricted call for proposals will focus on the gender gaps over the life-cycle, looking at worklife balance for women and men, including through a better sharing of care. The aim is to support Member States in raising awareness and tackling gender stereotypes with regard to roles in work and in private life, and in particular with regard to reconciliation issues (including the promotion of the uptake of family-related leaves by men), taking into account national specificities, complemented by EU broad common messages. In this respect, the call for proposals aims to support measures which will not only have consequences on the short term with regard to better work life balance for all workers, but would also allow more women to (re)enter the labour market and tackle the gender pay and pensions gaps. Ultimately it aims at supporting men and women to make informed choices throughout their life and to promote good practices in companies. At aggregate level, better work-life balance helps men and women to be able to work and continue to work in combination with their private care responsibilities. More equal economic independence at all ages means higher employment rates for men and women and a more sustainable and potentially longer working life for all. 3.000.000 EUR The EU grant applied for cannot be lower than 100.000 EUR. Maximum possible rate of co-financing of the eligible costs 80%. The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EASME) wants to establish a list of independent experts to participate in: the evaluation of proposals in response to calls for proposals aiming at implementing the COSME programme; the evaluation of finished and ongoing activities or projects under COSME; the monitoring of the implementation of actions carried out under COSME. The profile needs to include Personal Details and Languages as well as any relevant information on Education, Area of Expertise and Professional Experience. To be selected for COSME tourism calls, experts need to indicate COSME as one of the programmes for which they wish to be considered as an expert in the Programme Selection. Each year, NED makes more than 1,600 grants to support the projects of non-governmental groups abroad who are working for democratic goals in more than 90 countries. NED is interested in proposals from local, independent organizations for nonpartisan programs that seek to: Promote and defend human rights and the rule of law Support freedom of information and independent media Strengthen democratic ideas and values Promote accountability and transparency Strengthen civil society organizations Strengthen democratic political processes and institutions Promote civic education Support democratic conflict resolution Promote freedom of association Strengthen a broad-based market economy Grant amounts vary depending on the size and scope of the projects, but the average grant lasts 12 months and is around 50.000 $. NED funds only nongovernmental organizations, which may include civic organizations, associations, independent media, and other similar organizations. Ena od njih je: EIBURS, program EIB za spodbujanje univerzitetnih raziskav (EIB University Research Sponsorship Programme). EIBURS zagotavlja nepovratna sredstva univerzitetnim oddelkom ali raziskovalnim središčem, ki so povezani z univerzami v EU, državah kandidatkah ali možnih državah kandidatkah in se v svojih raziskavah ukvarjajo s temami, ki so za EIB še posebej zanimive.
